Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of DestinyRoam ("the Site") and your purchase of digital readings and travel-design documents ("Services"). By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of the Services
The Services are personalized cultural and educational documents based on BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny), a traditional Chinese system. They are provided for cultural, educational and entertainment purposes only, as further described in our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Services.
3. Orders, Payment and Delivery
- Prices are listed in US dollars and processed by third-party payment providers (Stripe, and optionally PayPal). We do not store your card details.
- You will be asked to submit an intake form with your birth details, either before or after payment. The stated delivery window (e.g. 48 hours, 3–5 days, 7 days) begins once both payment and a complete intake form have been received.
- Delivery is made by email as a PDF. If delivery fails, contact us and we will re-send.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you provide; inaccurate input produces an inaccurate chart.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive volume, or resell the reports you receive. Reports are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
5. Intellectual Property
Site content and delivered reports remain our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to keep and read your own report.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
